The Alpine Review is an annual publication tracking changes in thought, systems and creations around the world in a variety of disciplines ranging from tech to agriculture, design to anthropology. The imagery is based on gaining a new perspective through the content of the magazine, which is comparable to climbing up a mountain.
A custom logotype was drawn in a classical serif style with smooth stroke transitions. The crest uses a repetition of the letter A, which reflects the peaks of a mountain.
For the first issue, Antifragility, a photographic series was created alongside digital illustrations. As a bonus, a pattern booklet was included in the magazine, illustrating the main articles of the issue.
